Some of his other 29 times on other tracks also look suspicious.
I do not have the IP address of this player, it has been last online a year ago, so I cannot compare if it might even be the same dude as above.

Rounds dedi 1 has impossible CP2 onwards. There is nothing to gain speed between CP1 and CP2; a looping that's uncuttable and even if it was, you'd miss boost. The wallride cannot be cut either. You cannot escape anywhere because you're locked in by plates.
TA dedi 1 has 18.18 as the only one to be below 18.20. There is no way for 17.85, while keeping all speed until the end.

I checked wVgqzClETF2xz6quU1EYcbsBJYj, it's absolutely the same pattern. Slower at CP1, randomly faster at CP2 with no way out and carrying overspeed (gaining like 0.2 on a 3s straight between 2 CPs) until last CP, where then a big chunk of time is lost until finish, even though the maps are fs until the end.
I cannot find any map for QbHzsBIfIUnW0JcCzopI8Qyy7l0, so that one's probably lost. We'll check some more and see and I will update this post later.

Thank you for the uidfinder, I wasn't aware that this exists. Funnily enough, all tracks we checked but this one are not on TMX. Oh well.

We found a server the map QbHzsBIfIUnW0JcCzopI8Qyy7l0 and others run on and juked the tracks. It is another case where it's literally fullspeed street start with 3 blocks grass right before the CP, and they are 0.3 ahead after 9s, just to lose it all at the end.
Another map with impossible CP2 (they have 12.60, fastest in dedis is 12.68) onwards until last CP is S0JiXuPcRAvdpuvLjH8M46i1Rh. Start onto platform, downhill, turnover. No way to cut or catch more boost. Even the known sd pros are 0.3 behind at times while being close together themselves, time is of course all lost in the last CP (all fs), so I say it's not possible.

I was about to post some questionable stuff and say that a few tracks had cuts we could confirm and beat.
But the longer we spent time to look at times in the dedis, the more suspect stuff we find.

On gKc0id52SU8R42o_OHK6MdeQtE8 he is far ahead at CP1 (10.59), you can do a rampflip over the fence at the start and end, but even a perfect one before the multilap start to carry more speed yields a 10.9x, with sacreficing exit speed maybe 10.8x. All other dedis have 11.2x or high 11.1x. He even gains more time from CP to finish, it's one open, flat dirt turn. We tried rampflips en masse and couldn't ever gain that much in any case.

I don't think I ever spent 4h+ to try and find proof for cheating... there goes the evening.
