His time seems impossible, the map is extremely old and has no big improvement possible and it is even more incredible because he only have 1 dedi at all.

The trick is simple, instead of dropping from the boosters directly to the road, you continue on the right on the platform and then drop down as soon as possible from the side. I tried it and got 10.30 cp1 on my 2nd try.

Try it for yourself, it looks stupid that it gives you such an advantage, but somehow it does.
