Second sector is the same as all other entries. Third sector is 0.2s faster than the others, which isn't much on a 11.6-11.7 total. And the login's three other entries look fine. So I don't know either. Anyone else got an opinion?

Indeed, sorry i meant third sector : he has 11.46, the second dedi record has 11.63, whereas the third sector average of the 30 records is about 11.75 and the standard deviation of these sectors is 0.09 so 11.46 doesn't look legit compared to 11.66 (11.75 - 0.09).
Just saying that the 29 records are very close to each other, and having played the map, and watched the world record's replay, i don't find any way to be so faster. Maybe a direct jump to the finish, but to have such speed you need to take a way wider U-Turn, which makes lose more time than the direct jump would allow to save.
I guess it doesn't bring much more, but i just wanted to say why i think he cheated.

Second sector impossible since it's a fullspeed map, there is no loop to cut, nothing to cut, no trick possible that would make save so much time.

I think a "bug" happened or something like that: their first sector is almost the same and both are impossible, there is just a checkpoint under the start but you can't take it so fast. Their sectors before the last one is very strange because there is no way to take the last checkpoint so fast after taking any other checkpoint : they are all to far. It looks like they didn't play the same map, even though a cut is possible, but it gives totally different checkpoints as the third record shows it.
