Hi,

Could it be possible to add API support for reporting cheated records ?
It could have chapta from dedimania api, also a connection to existing dedimania server account needed.

I think this shuold be all required fields:
login to check, mapUID of the map, reason for check, sender login, server login

Server controllers authors can then implement this to their controller the way they wish.
Dedimania records window could have button next to login to report.
That button would open new window with inputfields for reason and chapta, other fields would be automatically filled by the controller...

Maybe easiest way would be to add 2 new fields for the request that you send with new records ?
reason to check and logins to check. Chapta could be sent with beginmap request maybe ?

The idea is nice, btw i'm afraid that it may lead to automatic features in dedicated servers scripts, leading to too many reports to check. I don't have lot of time to spend on it, but more important i let Xymph and Vrba tell what they think about it and the risk of too many automatic reports (or reports by many simple players)

Too ambitious for my taste, and I too worry about too many reports. The existing reporting process (just now described for TM2 in detail) works well enough, at least for TMF which is all I have time/energy for.

Btw, the acronym you're looking for is captcha.

At the next eXpansion update that will contain the login of the person who drove the entry and author login, I'll update that post, so it will contain all information for that controller aswell.
