MXController

As stated in the documentation I should let you (Slig) know that I'm using dedimania in MXController (C#, used for Playpal Online on Mania-Exchange.com).

In case anything is wrongly configured, feel free to let me know and I'll get it sorted out (I hope tongue).

Due to the new mode scripts in TM2 controllers have to handle all logic themselves by now (tracking best cps etc.) if they use the scripted modes (hardcoded ones are depreciated).

I've updated MXController to use the scripted stuff.

It seems to be working properly now, not sure about ghost replays and validation replays though (they use the same method as the old hardcoded ones, so they <should> work, but it kinda relies on the hardcoded mode logic again, quite messy...)

Anyway, if something happens to be messed up, this might be the cause and I'll try to fix it if something seems to be wrong now.
