Hi.
i write for a friend because he didn´t know how to do in english.

You banned player account : phil2701

There isn´t any cheat track or else done with his account.

He was trying to install the game as Mac OS Version on his Apple iMac.
This worked Great.
After installing he were doing the setting sof his Joypad.
At this time he had to go in & out a courple of times.

After this he was banned and haven´t any idea why.

So check that out, please and unban him as short as possible.

If ur checking Track or eles u will see there isn´t any hack.

To Play with Koypad on his iMac he installed the Prog " Controller Mate"

This Prog remote the keys from Joypad to Keyboard.

Maybe thats the Prob of Ban???

Nice story, but that login was banned for submitting entries on 5-6 tracks within 17 minutes on 2012-04-12 that follow a sector pattern that's typical for cheating. A controller couldn't cause that, it's still the player's car which passes checkpoints in impossible times.
To get unbanned, he can follow the usual instructions in the sticky.

Only Story that i heared is urs now.

U be 100% sure ? So thxs for posting.

So i can checkout local times on server he drove.

The ban came automaticly by doing settings in game with that prog.

figure out selve if u want.

We checked all Tracks and there isn´t anyone of them he knows.

Maybe his account was hacked??

If u got an IP Adress of account driver, so check that, please.

Account IP is in North rhine Westphalia, Provider Telekom.

If u got an IP from Nprth rhine Westphalia Duesseldorf provider unitymedia so let me know, please.

Maybe we know now the person who did.

U can believe me that i don´t write and search for hours if we know u got right.

But phil2701 is a player who didn´t know about cheating and progs.

I am Master Admin on Sexy LOL Server. He only plays there (because he´s mei neighbour and got no other buddies)
and we haven´t got any records from him with cheat or else.

I hope u can help us to figure out whats wrong. we don´t know what happened right now.

Player IPs are not collected in the Dedimania system, that would be a privacy issue.

Ty for your help.

I told him to throw that game into paperbin because there isn´t other way left
to sort out what happened.

I know his iMac an be to 100% sure there isn´t any cheat prog or else.
There is only the prog "controlermate" (remote btw. keyboard & Joypad) what his was installing.

Maybe it isn´t from that Prog, but i will post a warning for mac users to be carefull @ installing.

There's no need to throw the whole game away, the login will be unbanned if he follows the usual sticky instructions. Or he can keep racing without Dedimania records (on servers that don't use the global blacklist).

Yeag thxs but makes no sense to do. because he didn´t dorve much reckords. to buy new is easyer way as follow the instructions. and pay money for a ban he don´t know about makes no sense ,too. Thougth u could saw that there wasn´t any cheat and unbin him. So it´s unlucky now that we didn´t know what ecxactly happened. our prob.. thx anyway
