he used some kind of speed hack during few days. when he got ban he changed ip, create new account and join again. the server is "thc mutant".

As unimaginative and suspect those logins may be, there's no actual evidence of cheated records in the Dedimania database by any of them, so I have no reason to ban them (yet).

For the blacklist (for servers which use it), Xymph will do it soon, but servers will have the updated blacklist when restarted (at least their script being restarted)

No, as mentioned before, only an explicit manual unblacklist by an admin will remove a login from a server's blacklist.

Your dedi recs will be saved on any server on which you can enter (ie on which you are not any more in the blacklist).
Except if you still use some anormal checkpoints times detected by the server script of course.



ps: I suppose that it is an evidence : the unban is not a permission to cheat of course, but "only" a second chance to not cheat any more.
