i try to find some error in the logs file i don't have error...

The controller log should show Dedimania messages that serverlogin pulse-team was blocked due to using dual Onyx controllers, causing duplicate records on multiple tracks. It also should show the email address to contact after fixing that to get unblocked.
If your controller doesn't show such Dedimania errors, that is a bug that needs to be fixed too.
