If everyone writing some words in a forum that cannot be verified by me would get off with a warning, how fast would these forums fill with such words? There have been over 3000 bans in the past 2.5 years. Nothing personal, but that just won't do.

It takes real time (by me) to keep the Dedimania database as clean as possible, on average an hour a day. But I do that for free, as donations are received by Slig and help contribute a tiny little bit towards covering the very real server costs that he pays out of his own pocket, to the benefit of the TM community as a whole. That's why the rules are strict.
