Hi,

2.5k is a very huge list which means a huge amount of datas to bring back from server. It's how it works I can't do anything about it (unless not asking for the entire list but I need it anyway).
By the way the list is requested only one time until the tracklist is changed (add, remove tracks ...).

You're only solution is to reduce the tracklist to a more reasonable number (I think 500 is already a big value). or maybe try other tools for remote control (if they don't ask for the entire list like I do of course).
